  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refund Details:

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at happy@pixicove.com We will arrange for a replacement and cover all shipping costs.

Exchanges:

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired product.
