- Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

- Pack Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Refund Details:
- Full refunds are issued for items returned in their original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at happy@pixicove.com We will arrange for a replacement and cover all shipping costs.
Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired product.
