Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. That's why we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read below for details on how to process a return or request a refund.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
- Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Return:
- Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at happy@pixicove.com or Call at (213)-495-1423.
- Pack Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments. In general, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items. However, if an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, a prepaid return label will be provided, allowing the item to be returned to us at no additional cost to the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, Pixicove will deduct the return shipping cost from it.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Refund Details:
- Full refunds are issued for items returned in their original condition.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at happy@pixicove.com We will arrange for a replacement and cover all shipping costs.
Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired product.
